My expectation was that onboarding would handle errors seamlessly, but in practice, it was a bit of a mixed bag. Initially, the training was clear and straightforward, which was good. However, when some features didn't behave as anticipated, the recovery steps felt patchy. I appreciated that the support was reachable by phone, but sometimes explanations required repeated calls. The dialer and database functions mostly worked fine, although auto-updates sometimes caused small hiccups. I expected a bit more polish especially for the critical calling tools since those are essential. It's not bad overall, just some rough patches where things went wrong that could have been handled better.
