Expected smoother flow but encountered more hassle than planned
Coming from previous tools that offered streamlined setups, I had higher hopes for how the sign-up and onboarding phases would run here. Unfortunately, the process felt slower and less intuitive than I expected. Some key features like the call recording and database export options were present but harder to locate or activate than with other software I’ve used. In contrast, previous platforms made these essentials more accessible, speeding up daily tasks. The training methods here were decent but lacked enough practical tips, which left me relying heavily on trial and error. I will say the user interface was relatively clean, and support picked up the phone when needed, which is not always the case. Still, the overall experience didn’t meet my expectations based on what I’ve encountered before, leading to a sense of avoidable hassle.
