Expected smoother daily use, but it kept glitching
I expected the software to become easier and more reliable after initial setup, but unfortunately, daily use was inconsistent. The database would sometimes fail to sync properly, causing delays in my workflow. The calling tools occasionally hung mid-session, which interrupted calls frequently. I appreciated that automatic updates were pushed regularly, though sometimes they introduced minor bugs that hampered usability further. Logging in and accessing the dashboard became a chore due to repeated errors, which was very frustrating. I had hoped for a steady experience after the onboarding, yet inconsistencies continued throughout. My small reservation was that support provided clear instructions when I did reach out, but overall the software didn’t meet expectations in daily stability.
