Expected smoother billing, got a complicated mess
I expected a simple and transparent billing and payments process with WFHI, but unfortunately, that was not the case. From the beginning, the invoicing system was confusing and inconsistent; I often found discrepancies in the amounts listed and the payment deadlines. Despite following all instructions, I had to contact support multiple times just to understand what was due and when. The lack of clarity in billing statements meant I couldn’t be sure if the payments were processed correctly, causing unnecessary stress. Looking ahead, I don’t have much confidence that the next billing cycle will be any better and expect I might need help again just to navigate the same confusing setup. Overall, the payment interface didn’t meet my expectations for an efficient and straightforward experience.
