Expected smooth support, but was quite different in reality
Initially, I expected telephonic support to be proactive and timely based on the previews of the service. However, looking back after several weeks of use, I found that the support often did not meet these expectations. The team was sometimes slow to respond and frequently difficult to reach during busy times, which was frustrating when trying to troubleshoot calling tools or database queries. Training was thorough, but when live help was needed, the actual experience was disappointing compared to what I imagined. This gap between expectation and reality made me rethink how much I would rely on their assistance going forward, especially for time-sensitive tasks.
