Expected smooth process but got zyada waiting and repeat
Mujhe laga tha ki sign up and sales inquiry will be quick, but actually waiting time was longer than I thought. Initially, sales team ne achhi information di, but fir baar baar same baatein repeat karni padin, jo thoda frustrating tha. Sometimes they explained the same pricing and features again and again, without clear new updates, so mujhe laga wasting time ho raha hai. On the plus side, support team was patient and listened to my questions carefully, which was good. Lekin overall, toh jitna fast process expect kiya tha, utna nahi mila. I thought it would be straightforward with minimal waiting, but actual experience mein kaafi baar back and forth hua, aur delays lage. Also, the pre-purchase info kuch had tak helpful thi, par final decision ke liye zyada clarity chahiye thi, jo unfortunately nahi mili. So basically expected quick and clear guidance, got repetitive calls and waiting instead, which was disappointing.
