Expected smooth login but faced repeated slowdowns and lag

I was expecting the software access to be seamless and fast like many other cloud-based tools, but the experience was a mixed bag. At first, login was quick, and the dashboard loaded smoothly, which matched my expectations. However, after a few days, I noticed recurring delays and occasional freezing when trying to access my database or use the dialer tool, which was annoying. Compared to other platforms I’ve used, the waiting time sometimes broke my workflow’s pace. On the positive side, the automatic updates seemed to fix some bugs promptly and support was helpful when I called. Still, the lag was disappointing because I thought this part would be hassle-free.
