You promised prompt telephonic support but the reality was far from that. I kept repeating the same issue during calls and was put on hold for unreasonably long times, which was frustrating. The automatic updates seemed to cause problems rather than fix them, and I never got a clear explanation or timely solution. The sign-up process was okay but after that, the support really let me down. It’s disappointing that what I expected as a swift resolution was instead a cycle of waiting, talking to different people, and no real progress. Please improve your communication and truly listen to customers.
