Expected smooth billing, got a bit mixed up
You promised a straightforward billing and payment process, but what I got was a bit different from expectations. Initially, I thought the invoices would be instantly available and easy to download after sign-up. While the system generates invoices automatically, sometimes there was a delay that disrupted my record-keeping. The payment confirmation was clear, but the way extra charges for additional training modules appeared caught me off guard. I would have preferred a clearer explanation upfront about all potential fees. Despite that, the overall system for payments is functional and secure, just not quite as transparent as I had hoped.
