Expected smooth access but faced chaotic steps

I was expecting an easy and sensible order of software access and setup but the actual experience was quite the opposite. The signing-up and initial onboarding felt poorly structured compared to what I had anticipated from a modern platform. I thought that getting access to the calling tools and database would be straightforward; however, I was required to complete several disconnected steps which didn’t flow logically for me. The invoicing process was a bit more organized, yet it still added to the confusion. In contrast, I had previously experienced other remote workflow software where everything from onboarding tutorials to software updates happened in a smooth sequence, which made it so much easier to get started without feeling stuck. Here, the automatic updates sometimes interrupted my ongoing tasks, which was frustrating. Additionally, telephonic support was available but felt inconsistent in addressing my access issues on time. Overall, this experience was notably problematic because I expected a certain level of ease and this software’s order of access setup just did not meet that expectation. I’m left quite frustrated with how complicated it all was compared to other options.
