Expected simplicity, got mostly that
I came into this wanting a straightforward remote workflow software that didn’t mess around with confusing labels or jargon. The sales process said it would be easy to navigate, and that was mostly true. The labels on buttons and menu items made sense at first glance for the most part, so I never had to spend extra time figuring things out before starting work. However, some terms felt out of place or inconsistently used compared to what I’m used to from other systems. For example, the word 'dashboard' meant one thing in the walkthrough but felt like something else within the actual software environment. This caused a small disconnect that I had to mentally switch back and forth to manage. The pre-purchase info was honest and clear, though, and didn’t overpromise anything which I appreciated. Invoices and billing communications matched what was discussed during sales, maintaining that straightforward style. All in all, the labels and wording aligned enough with expectations to get me going without frustrating me, but I wish there was a bit more consistency across different parts of the software’s interface.
