Expected simplicity but got a powerful yet sometimes complex tool
I was used to basic remote workflow tools that handled just simple tasks, so I thought WFHI would be something similar. The software’s access controls and interface at first seemed straightforward as promised, but soon I realized it packed many more features than I expected. There’s a lot one can do with the database and dialer options, which made me appreciate its depth. However, that did mean the onboarding took a bit more time than I hoped, and some functions felt slightly overwhelming at first. Still, I liked how updates keep adding helpful tweaks automatically, which keeps my setup fresh. The sign-up process itself went smoothly without any billing hiccups, and telephonic support was responsive whenever I had questions about using the calling tools during the week. Overall, my expectations were well met if not surpassed, but a novice might wish for a more guided start.
