Expected simpler terms, got mixed labels

When I started the training and onboarding, I was anticipating a clear, simple use of terminology throughout the software and its guides. The sign-up and invoicing parts were especially straightforward, which I appreciated—the labels matched what I usually see in similar tools. However, at one point, when I reached the dialer setup section, I found the wording somewhat confusing. It was unclear exactly how to enable certain calling features, and I had to guess or contact support to clarify instructions. Apart from that moment, the training was mostly intuitive, though I did not dive deeply into every single module yet. Automatic updates worked fine and didn’t disrupt my work. The database tools aligned well with what I expected, offering smooth access to records. Support was available via phone, which helped clear up the ambiguity quickly. Overall, while the majority of the labels and terms were familiar and helpful, a bit more consistency—especially regarding the calling tools—would improve onboarding clarity and reduce dependence on assistance.
