Expected simpler setup but found ongoing effort needed
When I first began using the software, I expected most of the setup to be a one-off process. While the initial onboarding did go smoothly, it became clear that ongoing adjustments were necessary to keep things running properly. Some features required repeated configuration, which was unexpected and a bit frustrating given the initial promise of streamlined access. On the other hand, I appreciated that the updates are automatic, reducing manual effort in certain areas. This balance between initial setup and ongoing maintenance left me moderately satisfied. The database function worked well after some initial tweaking, but the dialer occasionally needed manual intervention to stay connected. Overall, the system demands a fair amount of continuous attention. I can't say it's fully effortless, but the automatic improvements do lighten the load somewhat. I expected less continuous input, so my impression is mixed, hence the 3-star rating. I might reconsider if the follow-up effort lessens in time.
