Expected simpler setup but found it hard to locate resources

I expected the training and onboarding to be easy to follow and well-organized, but I found it quite frustrating when trying to locate the materials I needed. The interface wasn’t very intuitive for finding specific lessons or guides, and it felt like I spent more time searching for the right content than actually learning. While some video tutorials were decent and explained features well, the lack of clear direction and indexes made the whole process cumbersome. I thought signing up would lead me quickly into useful training, but instead I was stuck navigating confusing menus which slowed me down significantly. The contrast between what I hoped for and what I got was pretty disappointing in terms of accessibility.
