Expected simpler access, got decent but confusing at times

When I first started using the software, I assumed the access process would be quite straightforward, based on the initial explanations. They said logging in and navigating to main features would be intuitive, which held true to a degree. However, some aspects like connecting the dialer with my existing database took longer than I anticipated because the instructions did not clearly explain how these integrations work practically. When it came to automatic updates, I expected them to be nearly invisible, but occasionally they interrupted my workflow with unscheduled reboots. Training materials explained many features well but skipped over some key steps like troubleshooting common sign-in errors, which I only learned through trial and error or support calls. Overall, I found the onboarding flow decent but slightly more complex than projected. The balance between what I was told to expect and what actually happened left me somewhat mixed—not completely dissatisfied, but also expecting smoother clarity in setup. I plan to continue using it and hope that ongoing training and updates will bridge these gaps. It’s usable software but leaves room for clearer explanations upfront.
