Expected simple terms but got confusing labels
I was really excited for the training and onboarding, thinking the instructions would be straightforward and easy to follow, but it didn’t turn out that way. The system has so many labels and terms that didn’t make much sense to me when I first tried to use the software’s database and calling tools. It felt like I was guessing what each option meant, rather than having it clearly explained. Although I was hopeful that the training would clarify everything, the wording remained confusing throughout the modules. I expected something a bit friendlier for users like me who are not very tech-savvy. What I found was that the labels often didn’t match what the tool actually did, making me waste time trying to figure things out. I still think this platform has potential, but the onboarding should definitely use clearer language to meet user expectations better.
