Expected simple signup, but it took more effort than anticipated
Before purchasing, I thought signing up and managing payments would be straightforward and quick, fitting cleanly into the hours I typically work each day. While the initial sign-up itself was smooth enough, the follow-up process to handle invoicing and billing adjustments took more time than I had hoped. I expected the automatic update system to sync perfectly with my work schedule but found I had to spend extra effort confirming everything was aligned properly. This difference meant that rather than an easy setup I had to dip into support multiple times to clarify options and payment cycles, which used some of my productive hours. On the plus side, the training I accessed helped me better understand how these systems function, so ultimately it aligned with my workflow just not as effortlessly as I thought it would. In retrospect, I would say the overall effort was moderate, and while not overly difficult, it required more attention and time investment than just a quick sign-up process might suggest.
