Expected simple onboarding, but found it complicated

I expected the training and onboarding to be quite straightforward, considering what I read initially. Unfortunately, I ran into several difficulties understanding some software workflows and tools. The training material wasn’t as clear as I hoped, leading me to require additional support beyond what was provided. This means that next time I will definitely need help again to navigate the setup and workflow effectively. I was hoping for something more intuitive but found the process quite frustrating. I want to be positive, but honestly, the training did not meet my expectations this time around and it’s going to be a while before I feel fully comfortable with the platform.
