Expected simple, got surprisingly smooth onboarding
When I first enrolled for the WFHI training and started onboarding, I anticipated a long wait and a lot of repetitive explanations. Usually, training modules for software like this feel dragged out, but surprisingly that wasn’t the case here. The pace was moderate and I never felt overwhelmed or bored. The sessions were structured so that each part built clearly on the previous one without unnecessary repetition. The waiting times between sign-up, getting access, and actual hands-on training were also kept to a reasonable minimum, which made the whole onboarding smoother than I had imagined. There was some minor downtime during the call tool setup that felt a little slow, but overall, the flow was efficient. It felt like a practical approach without the overhype, and by the end of the initial stage, I had a solid grip on basics without it feeling too rushed or too slow. So, the overall experience met, and somewhat exceeded, my expectations quietly.
