Expected seamless support but got inconsistent help
I expected the support to be quick and helpful every day, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. On the first try, responses were fine, but as I used the platform day to day, I found the telephonic support to be inconsistent. Sometimes they resolved the issues, while at other times I had to wait long or repeat the same explanations multiple times. The automatic updates, which I hoped would make things easier, occasionally caused minor glitches that needed support intervention, but getting timely help became frustrating. The dialer and calling tools worked fine overall, but when a problem arose, reaching competent support was hit or miss. The invoicing process was clear and worked smoothly, which was a small relief. I appreciate their efforts, but the reality did not match my expectations for steady and reliable communication.
