Expected quicker help, got solid support overall
I wasn't sure what to expect from WFHI's support when I first signed up, honestly. Sometimes with software like this, support can feel a bit generic or slow to respond. But throughout my experience with their telephonic support, I found the communication fairly clear and the staff knowledgeable. There were a couple of times when I thought I might have to wait longer than ideal for assistance, which made me a bit hesitant about relying fully on their call center. Still, they managed to get back to me with helpful info that actually cleared things up, rather than just cookie-cutter responses. Given that clarity, I'd basically say I'm happy enough with the communication flow and my questions felt properly addressed. I'd probably reach out again if I ran into tricky issues. That said, I do hope next time the response could be a bit quicker, especially for urgent troubleshooting. In sum, their support met my expectations but with just a slight reservation around response speed.
