Expected quick support, but the repetition was tiring
I hoped the support would help me get answers quickly without having to repeat my issues, but that wasn’t completely the case. On one hand, the telephonic support was friendly enough and they did try to assist me promptly at times. On the other hand, I found myself explaining my problem more than once because the support agents seemed to miss some details. Also, waiting for the automatic updates to fix software glitches slowed my progress. The sign-up and payment part, however, went smoothly, which I appreciated. So while there were positives in communication, there’s room for improvement in efficiency and understanding from the support team’s side to make the experience better.
