expected quick support but got some wait and repeats
I was hoping for really quick help when I called support but instead found some waiting was unavoidable. The reps did get my point and helped eventually but sometimes I had to repeat information a couple of times before I noticed progress. It wasn’t bad but I think I expected faster than the actual pace of getting answers. On average the hold times weren’t long but combined with repeating details it adds up a bit. The communication was polite though, so I kept patient. Overall the support met most of my needs but fell slightly short of the quick and seamless experience I was anticipating. Had this been smoother it would’ve saved me some time during busy days of using their software. Still, after the initial hiccups the rest of the communication stayed clear and that was good enough for me to keep using the service without frustration.
