Expected quick support but got mixed experience overall
I initially expected telephonic support to be quick and clear based on the website’s description. When I called in, my wait times were sometimes longer than I hoped, and I had to explain my issue multiple times to different agents before it was understood. On the plus side, once connected with the right person, the support was patient and knowledgeable about the software’s features. Emails to follow up were handled efficiently as well. The communication mode matched my expectations somewhat but the delays and repetition made it less seamless than I wanted. It was a mixed experience ultimately but somewhat aligned with what I had prepared for.
