When I signed up for the software, I assumed getting everything set up would be pretty straightforward. I was really counting on a faster onboarding process because I was eager to begin managing remote workflows efficiently. But honestly, it took far longer than I anticipated, with delays creeping up during the initial setup steps. The dashboard was slow to respond and the database import feature wouldn’t fully load for me at first. I had hoped the calling tools would come up right away too, but those only started working properly late in the first week. On the plus side, the updates rolled out automatically without any extra hassle, so at least I didn’t have to worry about manual installations. Signing up was easy enough, though, and the invoicing system was clean, straightforward, and clear. I think if they worked on streamlining the start-up process, it would match the expectations they set much better. For now, the actual time to get going was disappointing compared to my initial excitement. It felt like a slow drip instead of a quick launch.
