Expected quick help but got endless loops
I was hoping that support and communication would be smooth and timely, especially since this is a paid service. However, what I experienced was quite frustrating. Every time I called for assistance, I found myself explaining my issue repeatedly to different agents, which felt like going in circles without resolution. The waiting time was also noticeably long, which added to my irritation, because I needed quick responses to keep my workflow going. I had imagined a more direct and efficient support line from the onboarding to everyday queries, but it didn’t quite match that expectation. The tone of help was polite but the system itself seemed disorganized, often resetting my progress in problem-solving. This experience made me question how effectively I could rely on the telephonic support for urgent matters going forward.
