Expected prompt communication but received little response

I was hoping for swift and clear communication before making any commitments but the responsiveness was not at all what I expected. Despite several attempts to reach out for clarifications about the software capabilities and onboarding process, the replies were often delayed or lacking detail. This slow response made it difficult to confidently proceed with setting up and using the dialer and database features. The sign-up and payment stages were straightforward but with so little support beforehand I felt uncertain about investing in the product. Unfortunately, the level of communication prior to purchase was below what I had anticipated and was a major letdown experience overall.
