Before purchasing, I expected the sales process to clearly explain how much of the setup was one-off and how much would require ongoing effort. The sign-up and invoicing processes were straightforward enough, which was a positive. However, once I started using the software, I found that while initial training covered a good range of features, I had to figure out a lot on my own afterward. The calling tools and database required consistent adjustments and troubleshooting that weren't fully anticipated. Automatic updates seemed to happen without much notice, creating confusion at times. Telephonic support was available but only offered limited assistance beyond the onboarding period. This left me feeling that the ongoing support might not be as substantial as I had expected. The mix of upfront setup and ongoing demands was not balanced in a way I hoped for. I can see why others might appreciate the software, but based on my experience, I wanted a clearer understanding of continuous support versus one-time setup before committing. The overall sales explanation didn’t line up exactly with the real experience.
