Expected ongoing support, actually more upfront setup
I assumed the WFHI setup would be mostly a background thing after kicking off, maybe needing occasional quick calls to support as I got used to the system. But in practice, it turned out that a lot of the interaction happened upfront during onboarding and the initial training phase. My access to the call dialer and database required several back-and-forths with support, which felt heavier than I’d imagined. After that, things did settle into a steady rhythm, though. The automatic updates ran quietly in the background without disrupting my flow, which was a relief. I liked the invoicing process overall; it was clear and easy to follow, with prompt email confirmations. The priority assistance line was handy and answered quickly whenever I called during working hours. Looking back, I do realize now that the most effort was at the start setting everything right and absorbing the training – not so much ongoing hassle as I had guessed. So in that sense, my initial expectations were a bit off, but the end result matched fairly well and I now feel equipped to use the tools efficiently.
