Expected one-time setup, got some ongoing setup too
The sales and pre-purchase information gave me the impression that most of the setup would be one-off, mainly just signing up and getting started. However, I found that several elements, like configuring the calling tools and database, needed ongoing tweaking beyond the initial period. I was a bit weary of this because it meant I had to keep allocating time regularly to adjust settings instead of just focusing on daily work. The onboarding training covered the basics but left some parts vague about what needed continuous updates. Despite this, the automatic updates feature did help reduce heavy setup time, although I had to monitor them more closely than I expected. Overall, my expectation was for a mostly one-time setup process, but it turned out to be a mix of one-off and some ongoing maintenance. I can't say it was a bad experience, but it was definitely more involved than the initial sales pitch suggested. So it worked fairly well but not perfectly as expected.
