Expected one thing but got something more methodical
When I began the onboarding and training process, I had clear expectations based on prior experiences with similar platforms. I anticipated a straightforward, linear path: sign up, attend training, then start using the software. What I found was a carefully structured sequence that slightly exceeded my initial assumptions. The order of steps ensured that before signing into the dialer or database, I was already familiar with key concepts from training. This logical progression prevented the confusion I expected at first. However, I did encounter a moment where I thought invoicing and payment setup might come earlier to avoid delaying access. Despite this, the software updates rolling automatically in the background kept the experience smooth throughout the workflow. Telephonic support was accessible as required and maintained that professional tone I expected. Overall I think the sensible order of steps made the adoption process feel more secure, ensuring fewer surprises later. Though not exactly as I imagined in the beginning, it was comprehensive and ultimately effective in onboarding me.
