Expected more support but had to figure a lot myself
I started with the expectation that telephonic support would guide me through any software questions or issues directly and quickly. Given the complexity of some features, I imagined having a proactive assistant to call would be a big help. However, in reality, I found myself relying on written guides or community forums far more often than anticipated because immediate phone support didn’t offer the level of detailed help I needed. The support team was polite and did respond when I reached out, but their advice was sometimes quite general, which left me to troubleshoot more specific problems on my own. On the positive side, the software itself is well documented, so there are useful resources to figure out many issues independently. Nonetheless, this experience felt frustrating because I felt the communication support did not meet my expectations based on the sales information and initial materials. While I can understand that some level of self-guided learning is involved with such tools, I hoped for clearer, more targeted assistance when I called. Overall, I ended up managing most issues without direct support, which was less than ideal.
