Expected more ongoing support than a one-time setup
What surprised me most about the training and onboarding was how much of the effort felt like a one-off setup rather than something ongoing. I had expected there to be more continuous guidance after the initial phases because remote workflow software can get complicated over time. The early sessions covered a lot of ground and were fairly comprehensive, but there wasn’t much facilitated follow-up or refresher help offered later on. That made me feel a bit uncertain about how to proceed when new features updated automatically without extra training. The software itself seemed fine and the initial setup worked well enough, so I can’t fault the product. However, I wish the training included more of a continuous learning approach or easy access to updated material. I understand that everyone learns at a different pace and situations change, so not having consistent ongoing support was a noticeable drawback. That said, I was able to manage on my own eventually, and I appreciate the basics they covered. Still, a small reservation: be prepared to find some answers by yourself after the onboarding ends because the program doesn’t seem structured for extended support.
