Expected more intuitive and helpful support than before
Before joining this platform, I had used other remote workflow tools where the support was quite straightforward and helped me resolve issues quickly. I expected the same sort of responsiveness here with WorkFromHomeIndia. However, in one particular moment I called their telephonic support and found the assistance confusing and less helpful compared to what I was used to. Instead of clear guidance, I was bounced between different people and felt like they didn’t fully understand the problem. I tried to follow their training materials but ended up more frustrated when the software updates altered features without clear notices. Generally, the overall support experience did not match up to what I had hoped based on previous tools. They seemed to lack smooth communication and timely responses when it really mattered. This made me regret not sticking with my earlier platform, which was simpler and more reliable in how it handled support queries.
