I had high hopes when I reached out to you for my inquiries before purchase. Your team was quick to respond, which I appreciate, but the answers I received sometimes lacked depth. I expected more detailed guidance, especially since I was eager to get started with the software. Overall, the communication was efficient, but it felt a bit surface-level at times. I could have done with more thorough answers regarding the specifics of your training modules and how they integrate with the software. It’s a mixed bag; the promptness was great, yet the substance wasn’t always there. I guess I was just hoping for a bit more clarity. I did eventually find the information I needed through other resources, but it would have been nice to get that right from you at the onset. I still think you have a good product; just sharpen the communication for a more effective pre-purchase experience.
