expected more guidance, ended up figuring stuff myself

Compared to what I initially thought the training and onboarding would be like, my experience with WFHI was somewhat different. I had hoped for a more hands-on approach with step-by-step guidance during the setup and practice sessions. Instead, I found that much of the process required me to experiment and learn by myself, sometimes guessing the right steps for using the calling tools and database features. While some of the materials were clear, they didn’t cover every scenario I faced, so I had to rely heavily on telephonic support, which was not always immediately available. The effort it took to become comfortable was higher than expected, and I ended up spending extra time beyond a normal training schedule. I wouldn’t say the training was ineffective, but the gap between expectation and reality was noticeable. On a plus side, the system’s automatic updates kept improving the software which made later use more stable. Still, setting up and understanding everything initially felt like a bigger challenge than I had planned for.
