Expected more guidance, but the database was impressively flexible
Initially, I thought WFHI’s software would come with more hand-holding, especially around the advanced features like the database and dialer integration, but actually most of what I learned was through my own experimentation. The onboarding training was useful but didn’t cover everything in the depth I expected, so I had to figure out some workflows by trial and error. That said, the database feature stood out as particularly flexible and well-designed, allowing me to customize my remote workflow better than I anticipated. I struggled a bit early on without very explicit guidance on how to link calls with specific client records, which caused some inefficiency. On the plus side, automatic updates rarely caused problems and kept me on the latest tools without fuss. Compared to other platforms I’ve tried, this one requires a bit of a self-starter approach, but the payoff on database adaptability is notable.
