Expected more guidance, but satisfied with what I discovered myself
I came in expecting a full walkthrough or tight step-by-step instructions on how to use the WFHI software, but it turned out that a fair amount of figuring things out on my own was necessary. Setting up the database and getting the dialer tools configured required me to explore the user interface and menus before I found the exact features I needed. The automatic updates were seamless, thankfully, so I never had to worry about manually applying patches or new additions. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the telephonic support answered my questions when I called, although I think they expected me to have a basic understanding already. The training was well-structured, but still left some things open-ended, which meant I had to rely on trial and error for a bit. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward, with clear invoices and prompt support if I had queries. In the end, the actual software access matched what I expected—there was flexibility to customize workflows, but it requires some self-motivation to learn the system. Overall, I’m content with the experience, though I wish onboarding was more detailed initially.
