expected more guidance but mostly figured it out myself
I wasn’t expecting a super hand-holding onboarding but figured there’d be a bit more structured training to really get started smoothly. As it turned out, while the training sessions covered basics, I ended up working out quite a bit on my own. The software is pretty intuitive, so with some trial and error, I managed to navigate the dashboard and the calling tools. The onboarding flow was decent but felt like it missed connecting some dots that might’ve saved me time. For example, the database feature wasn’t immediately obvious how to integrate with my workflow. Overall, I’d say it’s good value if you’re ready to learn actively yourself. The automatic updates helped keep things fresh, but I wish there was more handy guidance upfront. Still, I’m pleased with how it’s shaping up now, even if the learning curve was steeper than expected. Once past the initial hiccups, it feels quite manageable and useful for remote workflows.
