expected more guidance but ended up figuring most myself
Honestly I was expecting the training and onboarding to be a bit more hands-on and guided, but that wasn’t really my experience. There was some initial documentation and videos, but beyond that I had to figure out a lot on my own, especially when it came to using the dialer and database efficiently. I thought the onboarding flow would walk me through common setups step-by-step, but it felt like I needed to be more proactive to understand how the different tools work together. The automatic updates are fine, though they sometimes introduced changes that I noticed only after using the software, which was a bit jarring without a heads-up. The sign-up and invoicing process was straightforward enough. I’m not saying the training was useless; it just lacked the extent of support I expected to ease me into everything. So much of how to get the most out of the calling tools I learned by trial and error. In all, it could be better if there was more real-time help during the critical first days of use instead of mostly self-driven learning.
