Expected more from training than I got
To be honest, I expected the onboarding training to be more streamlined. Previously, I had used another platform that had a smoother process. Here, some parts were straightforward, but a few sections made me feel lost and confused. I think they need to work on the clarity of their training materials. Yet, I got some useful insights as well which balances it out a bit.
