Expected More From Training But It Was Kind Of Underwhelming
Before I started with WFHI, I had tried other onboarding and training programs that felt more tailored and interactive. Here, the training was somewhat generic and didn't fully address the specific nuances of managing the software’s calling tools and database features. I expected step-by-step walkthroughs that would help with automation settings and telephonic support navigation, but instead, it felt rushed and surface level. The sign-up and invoicing side was straightforward, which I appreciate, and the payment process was clear without any surprises. Where I give some credit is that the updates to the software happened automatically, so I never had to worry about manual installations or disruptions. But overall, the training didn’t meet the standards I expected based on my past experiences — it felt like an overview rather than detailed guidance. This made getting comfortable with the platform slower than anticipated. I'm not saying it was completely unusable, but I think new users might find themselves needing to rely on support more than they’d want.
