Expected more flexibility in scheduling
When I looked at what was offered, I thought the service would align with my erratic work hours. However, I found that the flexibility was somewhat limited. Some aspects fit well, but there were instances where I felt a bit constrained by the available options. It's adequate for regular hours, but unconventional schedules may struggle to adjust.
