Expected more clarity in steps; it was a mixed bag
I went into the pre-purchase process expecting a clearly laid out set of steps to get started, especially after initial conversations suggested a smooth onboarding. The sign-up and payment stages did not disappoint—they were user-friendly and prompt, and invoices appeared right after I completed registration. However, when it came to the training and software setup, things became less straightforward. I remember specifically a moment during the training module when the sequence of instructions was confusing; it felt like they assumed prior knowledge that wasn’t clearly communicated earlier. The database feature was introduced on time, but actually integrating it into my workflow took more trial and error than I anticipated. On the plus side, the telephonic support did assist when I reached out, though responses weren’t always immediate. So overall, I got what I expected in terms of initial phases, but the intermediate steps didn’t match the smoothness I had hoped for, making the whole process feel slightly disjointed at points.
