Expected More Clarity, Got Mixed Results
I was genuinely eager to find clear and quick answers during the sales and pre-purchase phase. Initially, the website and documentation seemed pretty straightforward and suggested an easy onboarding process. However, when I tried to get more specific details about the features like the dialer integration and database management, things weren’t quite as accessible. Some sections were detailed and helpful, but others left me guessing or having to reach out multiple times. The sales team was polite but sometimes slow to respond, which was a bit disappointing for what I expected. Still, the overall setup information was enough to decide for a trial and start using the platform. It met some of my expectations but also showed gaps in pre-sales clarity, so I remain cautiously optimistic about recommending this to others without thorough testing on my end.
