Expected more clarity but got mixed messages
Before buying, I thought the explanation would be thorough, especially about features like calling tools and database integration. The sign-up process was fairly straightforward, but the details about invoicing and automatic updates weren’t as clearly communicated. I was under the impression that training would fully prepare me for daily use. However, the training videos felt a bit too generic and didn't address some real-world problems I faced. On the positive side, I appreciated that telephonic support was available when I had questions, though sometimes the responses were slow or lacked depth. The software itself isn’t bad, but the onboarding flow seemed to assume users have prior knowledge, which wasn't my case. It left me scrambling a bit, especially during setup of remote workflows. Billing information was provided, but some invoice details seemed confusing initially. Overall, while some parts like the telephonic support and basic sign-up were okay, I felt that clearer pre-purchase communication and a more user-friendly onboarding would have made the experience smoother. It’s not the worst, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations based on how it was presented upfront.
