Expected more clarity but ended up somewhat prepared
I started the onboarding process with WFHI thinking that the training would cover all the basics thoroughly so I'd feel fully confident by the end. The initial modules went smoothly, introducing the software interface and basic remote workflows as promised. However, some parts of the training weren't as detailed as I anticipated, particularly around using the dialer and managing the database feature, which left me with some unresolved questions. On the positive side, the onboarding flow was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the automatic updates that happened seamlessly without interrupting my learning sessions. Overall, by the end, I felt reasonably ready to use the software, although I wouldn’t say I was completely confident. I think if the training included more real-life examples or interactive sessions, it might improve the confidence level for new users. So, while what I got met some of my expectations, it fell short in a few important areas, leading to this moderate impression.
