Expected more, but the basics are solid
I switched to this software expecting it to be a clear improvement over my previous tools, but the experience was a bit mixed. Sign-up was straightforward as usual, but the day-to-day use of the calling tools felt less responsive than before. The database worked as promised, but it didn't offer the flexibility I hoped for. Telephonic support was there when needed, but the wait times were slightly longer than I expected. The payment process was clear, which was a relief, and the invoicing came through without issues. Overall, it's not a bad product, but it didn’t quite live up to my expectations based on what I'd used earlier. I guess the basics are solid, but I’d recommend potential users weigh what they need against what’s actually delivered here. At least the software is consistent, if not outstanding.
