Expected more but overall the product works
Before I purchased, I had clear expectations about what the software and training would include, and mostly it matched up well. The software was fairly easy to navigate during initial setup, and the dialer feature did what I needed without too many hiccups. The training sessions were informative but occasionally felt a bit rushed, so I sometimes wished for more detailed walkthroughs especially regarding the database management. The onboarding process was smooth with clear invoicing and payment steps, which I appreciated. One slight reservation is that automatic updates sometimes changed the interface in ways that weren’t immediately obvious, causing minor confusion. Yet, the telephonic support was helpful when I reached out, and they guided me nicely. I’d say it’s a balanced experience — good in many ways, but with a little room for improvement if you want it to fully meet your expectations from the start. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you can navigate the small hiccups along the way.
